This was my first new car and it was pretty great. Not the most gorgeous car out there, but it definitely got the job done. I wish I had more time with it, but unfortunately someone ran a red and hit me on the driver's side rear end which caused the car to be totaled. It drove well and was spacious enough for the size it was. And it was a manual which I love.
My suggestions for improving this car:
The car was great, but honestly nothing to look at really. Driving it is awesome, so I would say if the body were changed a bit it would be more attractive, however I think they've stopped manufacturing this model.

The 2001 Toyota Celica is my fourth car overall, but my 3rd Celica. My father started me with an 82 Celica and I've been in love with this model ever since. I love everything about this latest model I bought last year except that it no longer comes with rear windshield wipers. It's a sporty little car and drives extremely well whether you go fast or slow!
My suggestions for improving this car:
Like I said above the one thing I miss that my older Celicas had are the rear windshield wipers. These definitely come in handy when you're up so early in the morning before the frost evaporates.
